1926-1996
Otto Oren Ray II was born 21 Aug 1926 in Lewisville, Indiana. He served in the US Marine Corps in WW2. Stationed at Camp Pendleton at the end of the war, he married Margaret Hindorff of Fallbrook on 4 Nov, 1944 in Judge Smelser’s cabin.
After the service, Otto Ray worked as a government trapper around Southern California. Otto & Margaret had two sons; Eric and Otto Oren III. Margaret and Otto were married 52 years when he passed away on 28 Feb 1996. He is buried in the Odd Fellows cemetery.
