The Ford Room, as the name implies, features a “Model-T” and two “Model-A” Fords on display and is focused on the legacy of The Fallbrook Vintage Car Club.
The Fallbrook Vintage Car Club has hosted an annual car show in Fallbrook uninterrupted since the mid-1960’s, the longest running charitable event in the history of Fallbrook. In addition to displaying these vintage Fords, The Ford Room proudly displays more than thirty limited-edition collector’s posters commemorating the car shows. The first car poster was issued in 1985. It depicted Carl Rosenberg and his wife Marie driving a 1913 brass radiator Model T Ford leading several antique cars in front of the historic Ellis Hotel on Main Avenue.
This facility doubles as a multi-purpose conference room, regularly serving as “The Board Room”, hosting Historical Society Board meetings, as well as weekly meetings of community groups such as The Fallbrook Toastmasters and Fallbrook Woodcarvers clubs. The Ford Room is available on a rental-basis for any variety of small events or business meetings.
Located directly below the Main Museum, The Ford Room is available for touring on Saturdays & Sundays, from 1:00 – 4:00 pm, or by appointment.
